- Please contact United Way of Bay County and urge them NOT to cut funding to local Boy Scouts because of the BSA's refusal to expose young boys to adult males who openly engage in homosexual behavior. (see Bay City Times story)

I just finished an astonishing phone conversation with United Way of Bay County executive director George Heron. When I informed him that UW chapters in west Michigan lost significant amounts of money after Allegan County cut off Scout funding, he actually said, "I don't care if we go out of business."
I asked Mr. Heron if he was serious, and he assured me he was.
Advancing homosexual activists' special interest agenda is so high a priority for such extremists in positions of influence with some UW chapters that they're actually willing to sacrifice their agency's financial ability to fulfill their primary mission of assisting the needy. Fortunately, radical UW chapters that have actually cut Scout funding represent only a tiny fringe element of roughly one percent (1%) of all local chapters nationwide.
Please help AFA-Michigan defend another Michigan Boy Scout Council now under fire from homosexual activists and their political allies.
If we fail to take a stand...Allegan County already, then Bay County...will your county's Scout troops be next?
